What is the 40-Day Change-Your-Life Challenge?
It is said in yoga that it takes 40 days to begin to change an old, limiting thought pattern. If you’ve been finding yourself feeling fearful and uncertain about your future, then we invite you to sit down with us for just a few moments each day for 40 consecutive days, to encourage your sense of faith and overcome feelings of uncertainty.

How Do I Join In?
Watch our Meditation for a Calm Heart Tutorial (see link above) and then simply download the free audio meditation Experience and start meditating for at least 5-11 minutes a day, for 40 consecutive days. You can also learn how to do the meditation from the video version found on our Practical Yoga for Everyday People DVD. It’s that simple.

What Do I Need Do to Participate?
Simply download the free audio meditation. Play it on your computer, or your iPod/mp3 player, or burn to CD/player. Use it everyday for at least 40 consecutive days - Or, simply return to this link everyday (bookmark it) to listen to the audio meditation for free (link live for at least 3 months).

Do I Have to Use the Audio Recording?
No, you can learn the meditation and do it on your own without the recording - either way, it works. Just be sure to listen to and fully understand the tutorial before you begin (the audio version on this page, or the Practical Yoga for Everyday People DVD version)

Do I Have to Start on Any Specific Day?
No. Start when you’re ready, -just mark your calendar for the final day of the 40-day meditation. If you miss a day, just continue on the next day and add another day onto the calendar. The simple goal is the help you connect to your higher Self for just a few moments each day.

What is the Meditation?
The Meditation for a Calm Heart. This is a powerful mediation that was handed down by the great Kundalini Yoga & Meditation master, Yogi Bhajan, Ph.D. It’s a great take-it-with-you restorative mediation, as it’s easy to learn-and-do. It can also be found on our DVD, Practical Yoga for Everyday People
The audio meditation recording is for a 5-minute experience. If you want to do this meditation for 11 minutes, do it on your own without the recording (after listening to the tutorial) Feel free to experience this meditation with a friend, or in a small group setting, to enhance it’s affect. Also, you can continue on after the 40 days and use it for as long as you like. Consider it a helpful tool you can use anytime to help you tap into the power of your heart.
